Helpdesk Advisor
Working within a busy office environment, this represents an excellent
opportunity for individuals who want to become part of a successful and
growing company.
Due to the continued success of the company we are looking to add to our already
established Customer Support department. This role has been developed to enhance
the services offered to existing clients of our services and ensure they receive
an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
You will receive comprehensive on-going training to equip you with knowledge
of our products and services. This in turn will allow you will to answer
and quickly resolve technical support issues regarding our in-house products.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication
skills with the ability to describe processes succinctly during telephone software
tutorials. In addition, applicants should be PC literate, with good keyboard
skills and an understanding of the internet and email. Some knowledge of the
public sector would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided
on an on-going basis. Most importantly, we will look for candidates to
approach the role with a professional attitude and the display the enthusiasm
to constantly deliver.
