Working @ BiP
BiP Solutions is a vibrant and exciting place to work.
We know that the company would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for our employees. After all, they ultimately define and shape BiP’s personality and culture, and help to drive the company forward. Most staff are in direct contact with our customers and clients every day, both in the office and at the numerous events we organise across the UK. We expect our employees to reflect the professional, valued and trusted reputation that BiP has held for over 25 years.
To this end, we are absolutely committed to ensuring that we continually invest in our people to help them develop to their full potential. Everyone has a part to play in the success of BiP, and everyone will have different training and development needs. We recognise this and want our employees to have access to career-long learning.
BiP's core values - Passion, Integrity and Respect - encourage our staff to work together in an inclusive environment and provide the framework within which we go about our daily working lives. Our core values help define our culture, and extend outwards from the company to our customers, clients, partners and other stakeholders.
BiP staff can build strong relationships embracing different points of view. We believe that our values help to harness the diverse talents of our people, and in doing so create exceptional results for our customers.
BiP Solutions is a successful, growing company which has increased staff numbers to more than 220,with further expansion planned. We expect our people to work hard, but also want to ensure they are well-rewarded for their efforts and get the chance to share in the company's success. Our salary structure and comprehensive benefits package reflects this.
Our Medius HQ, situated in Glasgow’s Digital Media Quarter, is a fantastic environment for people to do their best work. It is an embodiment of BiP’s ambitions for the future, and a space which encourages innovative and creative thinking. Read more about Medius here.
In June 2010 BiP introduced a Living Wage of £7 per hour, meaning this will be the minimum paid across the business. This ensures employees are guaranteed a rate of pay significantly above the national minimum wage set by the UK Government. BiP's Living Wage mirrors the initiative taken by Glasgow City Council to pay its workers a minimum of £7 per hour.
